Client Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom work created specifically for them, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniCore Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• Non-payment of fees

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
